Gazprom commissions state-of-the-art combined cycle gas turbine unit in Saint Petersburg
“Today's event is the manifestation of another considerable contribution made by Gazprom to the development of Saint Petersburg power infrastructure. This work provides for state-of-the-art technologies adoption which allow improving power and heat generation along with mitigating environmental impacts. It should be mentioned that the new gas turbine unit has been constructed using the equipment of domestic mechanical engineers, including that manufactured at Saint Petersburg production facilities.
Gazprom has confirmed its status of the most reliable investor into the Russian power industry again: on commissioning the CCGT-450 gas turbine unit at the Pravoberezhnaya CHPP, we have already fulfilled half of the obligations on new capacities commissioning, which our Company assumed when engaging in the power industry.”

Another 35 gas distribution stations are to be upgraded until the end of 2015. This work guarantees reliable gas supplies to industrial enterprises and Belarusian consumers for many years to come.”
South Stream project was launched today

Gazprom and Slovenia sign final investment decision on South Stream

Speaking of Slovenia, we have to mention that building a 266 kilometer gas pipeline and two compressor stations in Slovenia will attract great investments, create workplaces and supply the country with additional infrastructure.”
