Alexey Miller holds meeting on preliminary results for this year
“Esteemed colleagues, Dear friends,
According to our tradition, in late December, we take stock of the past year.
In 2024 Gazprom, as always, was working steadily and in a concerted manner for the benefit of Russia and its people.
We provided Russian consumers with reliable gas supplies and set a plethora of new records. We reached a new all-time high for daily gas supplies to consumers via the Unified Gas Supply System of Russia at 1.815 billion cubic meters. This year, about 390 billion cubic meters of gas will be delivered to consumers via Gazprom's gas transmission system. This is the highest volume of supplies in the entire history of observation. I congratulate everyone on such wonderful achievements! Truly, we are writing the history of our gas industry.
And, of course, these figures show clearly that the economy and social sphere of Russia are steadily developing. And Gazprom is deeply involved in this process.”
Catherine Palace’s Zubov Wing opened after its ambitious restoration with support from Gazprom at Tsarskoe Selo Museum
“Gazprom and the Tsarskoe Selo Museum have been maintaining a very fruitful cooperation for many years. We have implemented a very large number of projects over the years of our joint work with the Museum. I think, some of these projects must be mentioned here today, such as the restoration of the Palace Chapel of the Resurrection at the Catherine Palace, the Amber Room, the Lyons Hall, and the masterpieces of international significance that grace the Golden Enfilade of the Catherine Palace.
And today, we unveil new results of our restoration efforts; it took five years to perform this large-scale work. We return to the Catherine Palace the interiors of the personal rooms of Catherine II in the Zubov Wing”.
Gazprom brings daily gas exports to China via Power of Siberia pipeline to maximum contractual level ahead of schedule
“For five years, Gazprom has been delivering Russian pipeline gas to China via Power of Siberia. The supplies are performed in a reliable manner and in the volumes that correspond to the needs of our partners, even when such volumes are above the contractual ones stipulated for Gazprom. We see that Russian gas is in demand in the growing Chinese market and we see that Russian gas plays an important role in ensuring stable energy supplies for China's economy.
Long-term agreements between Gazprom and CNPC strengthen the good neighborly relations between our countries. I am confident that this mutually beneficial strategic partnership in the gas sector will continue its dynamic momentum for the benefit of Russia and China”.
