The Board of Directors elected Alexey Miller as Gazprom Management Committee Chairman for a 5-year term.

The Board of Directors resolved to hold the annual General Shareholders Meeting of Gazprom on June 30, 2016 in Moscow.

The following documents were signed:

the long-term Agreement between Gazprom and Trubodetal on batch production, supply, maintenance, and repair of special ball valves;
the Agreements between Gazprom and the Russian pipe companies on price formulas for large-diameter pipes;
the Agreement between Gazprom and YPFB on strategic cooperation;
the Memorandum of Understanding between Gazprom and the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy of Bolivia to promote the use of liquefied natural gas;
the Agreement among Gazprom EP International Services B.V., YPFB, and the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy of Bolivia on updating the General Scheme for the Bolivian gas industry development until 2040;
the Memorandum of Understanding among Gazprom, DEPA, and Edison on natural gas deliveries across the Black Sea from Russia via third countries to Greece and from Greece to Italy in order to establish a southern route to deliver Russian natural gas to Europe.

Alexander Chernov was appointed as Director General of Gazprom Georesource.

Gazprom held the 11th Investor Day in New York and London.

Ufa hosted the 11th Winter Spartakiada Games of Gazprom. The Gazprom Transgaz Surgut team took the lead among adults, while the Gazprom Transgaz Yugorsk team was the best among children.
