Gazprom expanding cooperation with World Energy Council

Gazprom held the annual General Shareholders Meeting in the form of absentee voting. The Company's Board of Directors was elected as follows: Andrey Akimov, Timur Kulibaev, Denis Manturov, Vitaly Markelov, Viktor Martynov, Vladimir Mau, Alexey Miller, Alexander Novak, Mikhail Sereda, Nikolai Shulginov, and Viktor Zubkov.

Viktor Zubkov was elected as Chairman of the Gazprom Board of Directors and Alexey Miller as Deputy Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.

The first production train of the Amur Gas Processing Plant, one of the largest plants of its kind in the world, was launched.

The following documents were signed:

the Program for scientific & technical cooperation and partnership for 2021–2023 between Gazprom and the Comita Group of Companies;
an Agreement between Gazprom, the Russian Ministry of Energy, and the Kemerovo Region on gas supply and gas infrastructure expansion in Kuzbass, including through coalbed methane liquefaction;
an Agreement between Gazprom, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Kemerovo Region on the development of equipment and technologies for the construction of wells, production of gas from coalbed methane reservoirs, and subsequent processing and liquefaction of this gas in Kuzbass;
roadmaps between Gazprom and a number of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, namely the Republics of Bashkortostan and Buryatia, the Voronezh Region, the Tomsk Region, and the Tyumen Region, for the increased use of high-tech products, including import-substituting ones, for the benefit of Gazprom;
an Agreement of Cooperation between Gazprom and the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The document stipulates that Gazprom will take part in the creation of a park commemorating the 800th anniversary of Nizhny Novgorod;
a Cooperation Agreement between Gazprom, State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, and State Space Corporation Roscosmos. The parties are interested in creating a unified system for geotechnical monitoring of hazardous industrial facilities in Russia;
an Agreement of Cooperation between Gazprom and Corporation Moscow Institute for Heat Technology (MIT). The document provides for interaction between the parties in the creation of hydraulic fracturing complexes to be used in the implementation of the current and future projects of Gazprom;
a preliminary contract between Gazprom and Caspian Innovation Company (CIC) for the supply of liquefied petroleum gases from Gazprom's Astrakhan GPP to the prospective Astrakhan Gas Chemical Complex of CIC;
an Agreement of Intent between Gazprom and the State Hermitage Museum. The document outlines the implementation of joint social-and-cultural projects which cover, inter alia, activities related to exhibitions, expositions, and education.
an Agreement of Cooperation between Gazprom and the Tsarskoe Selo State Museum and Heritage Site for the preservation of cultural heritage and development;
an Agreement of Cooperation between Gazprom and the Peterhof State Museum Reserve for the preservation of cultural heritage and development of the Peterhof State Museum Reserve;
an EPC contract between RusKhimAlyans, Linde, and Renaissance Heavy Industries, which stipulates that the consortium of Linde and Renaissance Heavy Industries will carry out the design works, equipment supplies, construction, and commissioning of gas processing and off-site facilities at the Gas Processing Complex near Ust-Luga;
an agreement of cooperation between Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk, SIBUR Holding, and the Amur Gas Chemical Complex. The document outlines the basic terms and conditions of long-term arrangements on the joint use of the infrastructure of the Amur Gas Processing Plant for the construction of the Amur Gas Chemical Complex of SIBUR;
a Memorandum of Understanding between RusKhimAlyans and SOGAZ with the purpose of establishing and advancing a strategic partnership to create an effective system for insurance protection during the implementation of investment projects by RusKhimAlyans;
long-term time charter contracts between Sakhalin Energy and Sovcomflot for the operation of two green series tankers named Prospect Korolyova and Prospekt Vernadskogo;
an Agreement of Cooperation in the implementation of digitalization projects between Gazprom Mezhregiongaz, Gazprombank, and Rostelecom.
