Gazprom held the annual General Shareholders Meeting in the form of absentee voting. The Company's Board of Directors was elected as follows: Andrey Akimov, Timur Kulibaev, Denis Manturov, Vitaly Markelov, Viktor Martynov, Vladimir Mau, Alexey Miller, Alexander Novak, Dmitry Patrushev, Mikhail Sereda, and Viktor Zubkov.

Viktor Zubkov was elected as Chairman of the Gazprom Board of Directors and Alexey Miller as Deputy Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.

Drilling of the first producing well of the Kharasaveyskoye field commenced in the Yamal Peninsula.

Gazprom and RusGazDobycha reached a final investment decision on the project for the development of the Semakovskoye gas field in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area.

Construction of an ice-resistant platform for the development of the Kamennomysskoye-Sea offshore field in the Arctic was launched.

The following documents were signed:

the 20-year commercial contracts between Gazprom and RusKhimAlyans for supplies of feed gas and sales gas for the Complex for processing ethane-containing gas in the Leningrad Region;

the long-term contract between Gazprom Export and Greece's Mytilineos S.A. for natural gas supplies.

The deal with a total debt volume of EUR 11.4 billion signed by Gazprom for the financing of the Amur Gas Processing Plant construction project received international awards from TXF and Proximo.
