It was formed on the grounds rich in work traditions of many generations of gas industry workers. Our task is to preserve these traditions, foster them and provide for their continuity. The Company's human resources policy determines the level of operational excellence, quality and promptness of decisions, and, most importantly, the quality of managerial objectives setting. And, as is well known, a well formulated objective makes half of success,” said Alexey Miller delivering a speech at the workshop.
