Gazprom awards winners of corporate contest among PR services

The Gazprom headquarters hosted today a prize awarding ceremony for a corporate contest among the public relations (PR) services of Gazprom's subsidiaries.
Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee awarded the winners of the contest that had become traditional.
Sergey Marfitsyn (Gazprom Dobycha Irkutsk) became the winner of the Best PR Manager nomination. The II class award was granted to Irina Chernyavskaya (Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk), the III class award went to Natalia Galkina (Gazprom Transgaz Saratov).
Gazprom in Kuban: Traditions and Modern Age (joint project of Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar and Gazprom Transgaz Kuban became the Best Social/Industry PR Project. The II class award was granted to the From Moscow to Berlin Project (Gazprom VNIIGAZ) and the III class award – to the Children's Hockey Teams Tournament Project (Gazprom Neft).
The Trassa newspaper (Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg) won the Best Corporate Print Media nomination. The II class award was presented to the Gazovy Forpost newspaper (Gazprom Transgaz Stavropol), the III class awards – to the Golubaya Magistral and the Gazovy Vektor newspapers (Gazprom Transgaz Saratov and Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk respectively).
Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy won the Best Information Coverage of Gazprom's Annual General Shareholders Meeting nomination. The II and III class awards were presented to Gazprom Dobycha Nadym and Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg.
Kirill Kleimenov, Deputy Director General of Channel One, Director of the News Programs Directorate shared his professional skills with the guests and participants of the contest during the workshop called Information is Our Profession.
Background
The corporate contest among the PR services of Gazprom's subsidiaries has been held since 2009. The contest is aimed at advancing the professional skills of the corporate print media and developing the creativity and initiative of PR specialists working in subsidiaries.
The winners are determined by a jury composed of independent experts – journalists, publishers, PR specialists as well as employees from the Gazprom Information and Communications Department and the Gazprom Magazine.
