Regular meeting of Gazprom Board of Directors to take place March 23

A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on March 23, at 10:00am Moscow time. It is planned to discuss the following issues:

• On results of taking a set of measures aimed at Company’s costs optimization in 2009.
• On the progress with implementing the key principles of Gazprom’s financial strategy.
• On the program for energy-saving technologies introduction in Gazprom’s business activities.
• Information on the work being done to raise Mezhregiongaz performance and optimize (reduce) the company’s costs.
