Regular meeting of Gazprom Board of Directors to take place January 26

A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on January 26, at 15:00pm Moscow time. The issues to be raised at the discussion are as follows:

• On Gazprom’s marketing policy amid the global financial and economic crisis.
• On the work aimed at bringing gas supply (purchase and sale) contracts between subsidiary and affiliated companies of Gazprom and Russian consumers in line with the legislation in force.
• Information on the work being done to raise operating efficiency and optimize (reduce) costs of Gazprom neft.
