Regular meeting of Gazprom Board of Directors to take place September 30

A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on September 30, at 10:00 am Moscow time. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• On updating the 2009 Investment Program and Budget (Financial Plan) of Gazprom;
• On the principles and the structure of gas exports by Gazprom, the Company’s strategy in the environment of reduced gas consumption by foreign consumers;
• On the comprehensive development of gas production and gas chemical capacities in Eastern Siberia and the Far East;
• On Gazprom’s participation in gas production and power generation projects in North America.
