Regular meeting of Gazprom Board of Directors to take place November 24

A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on November 24, at 10:00am. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• On the Company’s preliminary operating results in 2009, draft versions of the 2010 Investment Program, Budget (Financial Plan), and Cost Optimization (Reduction) Program, as well as the forecast up to 2012.
• On progress with implementing investment programs of the Company’s largest subsidiaries.
• On progress with the Eastern Gas Program execution.
• On the Company’s liquidity management.
