Regular meeting of Gazprom Board of Directors to take place July 21

A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on July 21, at 3:00 pm Moscow time. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• Measures for enhancing the operational reliability of Gazprom's gas transmission system;
• Increasing the effectiveness of natural gas sales on the domestic market;
• Effectiveness of Gazprom's key financial investments in the electric power generation industry on the basis of 2008 operating results;
• Progress in executing long-term contracts for gas supply to industrial consumers in the Russian Federation;
• Gazprom Board of Directors' action plan for the second half of 2009;
• Membership of Gazprom Board of Directors' Committee for Audit.
