Regular meeting of Gazprom Board of Directors to take place April 24

A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on April 24, at 3:00pm Moscow time. The meeting agenda is as follows:

• On the implementation results of Gazprom’s Investment Program for 2008;
• On Gazprom’s risk management system operation and the major risks faced by the Company under the conditions of the global financial crisis;
• On the execution status of long-term contracts for gas supply to industrial consumers in Russia;
• On the evaluation of nominees for Gazprom’s auditors for performing statutory annual audit of the Company’s financial and economic activities.
