Regular meeting of Gazprom Board of Directors to take place November 26

A regular meeting of Gazprom’s Board of Directors will take place on November 26, at 3:00pm Moscow time. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• On ways of improving Gazprom’s purchases of equipment and services;
• On the development of the mineral resource base necessary for gasification of Eastern Siberia and Russia’s Far East;
• On the main principles of natural gas marketing to Russian Federation consumers and on the development of the gas supply system based on long-term arrangements;
• On the enhancement of Gazprom’s strategic performance targets system;
• On Gazprom Board of Directors’ business plan for the first half of 2009.
