Board of Directors approves Mezhregiongaz's buying into regional gas companies

The Board of Directors has approved Mezhregiongaz’s purchase of additional shares in the following regional gas companies: Ivanovoregiongaz, Kirovregiongaz, Udmurtregiongaz, Vladimirregiongaz, Mosregiongaz and Bashkirgaz.
Mezhregiongaz is acquiring additional stock in regional gas companies with the view of strengthening corporate control.
The Board also acknowledged the expediency of increasing Gazprom’s stake in Rosshelf.
