Next regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Gazprom will be held on January 21

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Gazprom will be held at 15:00, January 21, 2003. The following topics will be discussed:

1. On realization of measures to increase the volume of gas production.
2. On perfection of the financial planning system in Gazprom.
3. On an issue and flotation of Gazprom’s Eurobond loans, in accordance with “Provision S”/ “Rules 144A”.
4. On coordination of deals which are under the competence of the Board of Directors.
5. On the working schedule of the Board of Directors for the first half year of 2003.
