Development and implementation of a set of technical solutions for enhancing the oil production technology and effective utilization of associated petroleum gas at the Urengoyskoye oil, gas and condensate field
The authors of the research work have developed a set of technical solutions that provides for cyclic use of associated petroleum gas (APG) as a working agent in gas lift wells.
The process flow charts have been developed with the use of innovative technical solutions in terms of the purification and compression of APG, automated process control, optimization of the operating modes of compressor units, and environmental monitoring.
Due to the implementation of the newly developed technical solutions at the Urengoyskoye OGCF, the following results have been achieved: the work of the gas lift system has been stabilized, additional commercial products (APG and Valanginian gas that was previously used as a working agent in the gas lift method of oil well operation) have started to be fed into gas trunklines, air pollutant emissions have been reduced, and the APG utilization rate of 95 per cent has been achieved.

Development of the Program for a comprehensive field development of the Yamal Peninsula and its offshore areas
The research paper provides a scientific substantiation for a set of activities aimed at hydrocarbon field development at the Yamal Peninsula. For the first time ever, commercial development planning with regard to a new oil-and-gas region was designed so as to reconcile, in a single territory, large-scale construction of industrial infrastructure with the traditional lifestyle of indigenous minorities of the North and also include a comprehensive development of fields located both onshore in the Yamal Peninsula and in its offshore areas.
The implementation of the set of novel technical and engineering solutions that are provided for by the Program will ensure the construction and safe and reliable operation of gas production and transmission facilities, while making it possible to preserve, to the maximum extent possible, the ecosystem of the region and the traditional activities of the indigenous population.
The Program for a comprehensive field development of the Yamal Peninsula and its offshore areas was approved by Order of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation No. 441 dated September 10, 2010, as part of the Program for a comprehensive hydrocarbon field development of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area and the northern area of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Development, manufacture and adoption of import-substituting equipment designed to provide an upgrade to the domestic construction procedures for the drilling of submerged crossings and preventing and eliminating landslide developments at Gazprom Transgaz Krasnodar
A complex of specialized import-substituting equipment (horizontal drilling rig and directional rod pusher) has been developed for trenchless pipelaying.
The use of the complex makes it possible to efficiently build and renovate crossings of gas trunklines, lay various utilities, as well as build underground water drainage and protective structures for the prevention and elimination of landslide developments.
In terms of its technical parameters, the newly developed complex of equipment is not inferior to the foreign analogues of similar functionality, while its cost is on average 1.5 lower as compared to them.

Methodology for substantiating the calculation of lease rates for federal lands on which the UGSS facilities are located
A methodology has been developed that has made it possible to create and justify to government authorities a transparent and economically fair system for the calculation of lease payments for the use of land plots on which Gazprom's facilities are located; the calculation system is suitable for application in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
With the new methodology, the lease rates for the land plots being the property of the Russian Federation that are provided (used) as a territory for the Company's gas pipelines have been calculated, substantiated and formalized in a relevant regulation.
Due to the introduction of the newly developed system of methods, the groundless difference in unit lease rates has been eliminated in every constituent entity of the Russian Federation, the procedure for formalizing land lease contracts has been simplified, the number of disputes between lessees and lessors of land plots has decreased, and the planning of income and expenditures in the Company's budget has become more effective.
