Staff changes

A number of changes have taken place in the composition of the Gazprom top management and the leadership of the Company's subsidiaries.

Elena Ilyukhina has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee – Head of Department 105 at Gazprom.

Elena Mikhailova, former Head of Department 105, will lead the project for the development of the Gorskaya territory aimed at creating a year-round seaside resort destination, a tourist hub conceived as a satellite town of St. Petersburg.

Sergey Kupriyanov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee – Head of Department 106 at Gazprom.

The corresponding decisions on the termination and commencement of membership in the Gazprom Management Committee will be adopted by the Company's Board of Directors.

Sergey Shalimov, former Deputy Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Orenburg, has been appointed Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg.

Alexey Darymov, former Chief Engineer – First Deputy Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Irkutsk, has been appointed Director General of this company.

Evgeny Abramov, former Chief Engineer – Deputy Director General of Gazprom Gaznadzor, has been appointed Director General of this company.
