Gazprom to continue enhancing quality of medical services for Group’s employees

RELEASE

The Gazprom Management Committee endorsed the 2022–2025 Comprehensive action plan to develop medical services across the Gazprom Group.

It was highlighted that the protection of employee health is a constant focus of attention for Gazprom. Voluntary medical insurance programs are in place to provide the Group's employees with a wide range of options for the treatment and prevention of diseases, as well as for the recovery of health and work productivity.

Gazprom consistently enhances the system of medical services across the Group. The main goal of the comprehensive plan is to further increase the quality of the corporate health services and make them even more easily accessible for employees.

The key measures include the creation of a unified management structure for the system of medical services at Gazprom and its core subsidiaries. Gazprom intends to combine the Group's best practices in the sphere of medical support and use them to create uniform standards for further work.

Another important line of activities is the development of medical infrastructure at Gazprom's facilities. It is planned to upgrade the existing health care units operating at production facilities by providing them with additional cutting-edge equipment, as well as to create new health care units at a number of remote production facilities. Special focus is placed on the provision of emergency medical care to the employees of Gazprom and its contractors on construction sites.

Gazprom is also going to strengthen the quality control over the services that are provided to the Group's employees by third-party medical organizations.

The Gazprom Management Committee took note of the information about the progress of the Comprehensive action plan to develop the Company's processing complex.

It was noted that the strengthening of Gazprom's positions in the gas processing sector is becoming more and more relevant. Efforts are carried out to develop operational enterprises and create new high-performing capacities with a view to increasing the efficiency of the processing complex, increasing the output of high-value-added products, and diversifying the Company's product portfolio.

Currently, Gazprom is drawing up one of the key documents of the comprehensive plan, namely the Development and Efficiency Improvement Program for Gazprom Pererabotka for the period until 2050.

In parallel, the Company continues to adopt the use of cutting-edge Russian equipment, along with advanced technologies and solutions, with the purpose of, inter alia, automating business processes and increasing the energy efficiency of production facilities. Measures are being implemented to increase the professional excellence among the personnel of the Gazprom Pererabotka Group.
