The construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline was fully completed.

Developments at the Amur Gas Processing Plant:

the second production train was put in operation;
the first of three helium separation, liquefaction and packaging units was launched.

The world's biggest helium hub came onstream in the Primorye Territory. The hub will provide servicing for containers that are sent to the Amur GPP to be filled, arrange logistics operations and carry out acceptance, weight checks and preparation of thermally-insulated containers arriving from the GPP for their further loading onto sea vessels.

The following documents were signed:

two long-term contracts between Gazprom Export and MVM CEEnergy Ltd. for supplies of Russian gas to Hungary. Both contracts, which in total envisage supplies of up to 4.5 billion cubic meters of gas per year, will be effective for 15 years;
the document between Gazprom and Moldovagaz to extend the existing contract for Russian gas supplies to the Republic of Moldova for one month from October 1, 2021;
the Cooperation Agreement in the field of hydrogen energy between Gazprom, the Sakhalin Region, and State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom. The document outlines the main areas of cooperation between the parties in the implementation of the construction project for a plant based in the Sakhalin Region to produce hydrogen from natural gas via steam methane reforming with capture of carbon dioxide;
the 2021–2025 gas supply and gas infrastructure expansion program between Gazprom and the Irkutsk Region;
the ЕРС contract between RusKhimAlyans, Linde, and Renaissance Heavy Industries for the construction of a natural gas liquefaction plant within the Gas Processing Complex near Ust-Luga (GPC, part of the Complex for processing ethane-containing gas);
the agreement between Gazprom Neft and LUKOIL to create a joint venture (JV) for the development of a major oil-and-gas cluster in the Nadym-Pur-Taz region of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area;
the Cooperation Agreement between Gazprom Helium Service and Russian Far East and Arctic Development Corporation for the creation of a Complex for natural gas liquefaction in the Svobodnensky District of the Amur Region;
the Cooperation Agreement between Gazprom Helium Service and the Government of the Amur Region. The document will, inter alia, provide a possibility for the boiler houses of Belogorsk to use the LNG that will be produced by the Complex for natural gas liquefaction to be built in the Svobodnensky District of the Amur Region.

The International Business Congress held its 24th General Meeting.
