The Gazprom Management Committee approved the 2021–2025 Comprehensive Program for the reconstruction and re-equipment of gas and liquid hydrocarbon processing facilities.

The following documents were signed:

the Agreement of Strategic Cooperation for a five-year period between Gazprom and Shell;
the Agreement between Gazprom, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Government of St. Petersburg, and KAMAZ. The parties will consolidate their efforts to achieve a stage-wise conversion of road and waterborne passenger vehicles, as well as municipal vehicles to natural gas throughout 2021–2023;
the Agreement of Cooperation for 2021–2023 between Gazprom and the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area;
the agreement of intent between RusKhimAlyans and Linde Engineering. The document outlines the main terms and conditions of a prospective EPSS contract providing for engineering services, equipment supplies, and maintenance of gas processing and off-site facilities.

Viktor Sharokhin was appointed Head of Department 335 of Gazprom and Director General of Gazprom 335.

Anton Dzhalyabov was appointed Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk.
