On meeting of Central Commission for Subsurface Resources Use and Licensing Management

The Gazprom Headquarters hosted a meeting of the Company's Central Commission for Subsurface Resources Use and Licensing Management moderated by Alexander Ananenkov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee.

The meeting addressed the issues related to the practicability of Gazprom's participation in the development of subsurface resources in the Republic of Bolivia, as well as continuation of geological exploration work in the Tomsk Oblast.

Background

Gazprom's Central Commission for Subsurface Resources Use and Licensing Management was set up to enhance the efficiency of control over and development of Gazprom Group's mineral resource base.

The Commission makes efforts to optimize the feedstock base of Gazprom Group, maintain the planned levels of natural gas production and increase the effectiveness of subsurface resources development.
