Regular meeting of Gazprom Board of Directors to take place February 24

A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on February 24, at 3:00pm Moscow time. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• On the progress in the negotiating campaign aimed at implementing Gazprom’s Investment Program for 2009;
• On the status of calculations with business enterprises of Ukraine in the gas sector and Gazprom’s strategy for relationships with NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy;
• On Gazprom’s participation in shelf fields development;
• Information on the progress in implementing the key principles of Gazprom’s financial strategy given the growing crisis on the global financial markets.
