Regular meeting of Gazprom Board of Directors to take place September 30

A regular meeting of Gazprom’s Board of Directors will take place on September 30, at 1:00pm Moscow time. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• On the Comprehensive Development Program for Yamal Peninsula Onshore and Offshore Fields;
• On Gazprom’s participation in developing the energy sector of the Far Eastern region;
• Gazprom’s performance principles in the Central Asian petroleum market;
• On the current state of Gazprom’s consolidated debt load and borrowings utilization efficiency;
• On the evaluation of Gazprom’s gas and oil geological exploration and production activities beyond Russia and the CIS;
• On ways of improving Gazprom’s purchases of equipment and services;
• On Gazprom’s participation in actions with regard to preparing and holding the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi;
• On the implementation results of an incentive bonus program for Gazprom’s management.
