Gazprom’s delegation chaired by Yaroslav Golko, Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Investment & Construction Department paid a working visit to Vyborg Shipyard.

Heads and specialists of Gazprom core business units examined the major business activities, production capabilities and potential, and operating process management at Vyborg Shipyard.

The trip was undertaken in the framework of the Gazprom Program for the Russian Federation Offshore Hydrocarbon Resource Exploitation up to 2030. Utilizing sci-tech potential of Russian industrial companies in Gazprom’s offshore projects is in close connection with the import substitution policy currently pursued by the Company. The domestic shipbuilding sector development will both have a positive effect on the competitiveness of Russian companies and enable Gazprom to cut offshore development expenses.
