Results of working meeting between Alexey Miller and Timur Kulibayev

The Chairman of the Management Committee Alexey Miller met the First vice-president of NK KazMunaiGaz (oil company) Timur Kulibayev in the central office of Gazprom yeasterday. The Deputy chairman of the Management Committee Alexander Ryazanov and the Chairman of Board of ZAO KazRosGaz Anaurbek Argingazin also took part in the meeting. The Parties discussed the progress in fulfillment of previous arrangements on the study of the long-term contract for purchasing natural gas produced at the Karachaganak gas field, assuming gas processing at the Orenburggazprom facilities, and on formation of a joint working group.
The CEOs of the companies discussed the opportunities for joint development of the Imashevskoye gas and condensate field in Kazakhstan and agreed to continue the work on the project.
In addition, the issue of gas supply to Kustanai oblast was discussed during the meeting as well as a number of other issues of mutual interest.
