Today, Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Management Committee, Gazprom, appointed Alexander Dmitriyevich Bespalov Head of the Department of Information Policy.
Alexander D. Bespalov was born in 1950. He graduated from A.A. Zhdanov Leningrad State University in 1973.
From 1993 to 1996 A. D. Bespalov deputy Head, Secretariat, and Head, Department of Deputies Affairs, Head, Public Relations, St. Petersburg Mayor’s Office. From 1996 to 2000 Mr. Bespalov was Chief Councilor to the Chairman of St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly. He was appointed Deputy Representative Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg in 2000. Mr. Bespalov was Member, the Russian Federation Assembly, Federation Council, representing the government of Penza Oblast.
The Board of Directors appointed Alexander Dybal, previously holding the position of Head of the Department of Information Policy, General Director, Gazprom-Media, on January 17, 2003.
