Norm of Life: new social initiative of Gazprom Pererabotka and FC Zenit

The Zenit football club and its partner Gazprom Pererabotka are launching a new social project to support the program of regular assistance run by the Perspektivy (Prospects) charity organization.
The project envisages six events to bring together the players and coaches of the Zenit team and the persons under the care of the Perspektivy organization and the Special Olympic Committee of St. Petersburg. Three events will take part at the football club's fields and the other three – in the organization's art residence which was created with financial support from Gazprom Pererabotka in the Normal Place space.
The first event under the joint project was held on March 30. Persons under the care of the Perspektivy charity organization and the Special Olympic Committee had a tour of the Gazprom Arena stadium and watched an open training session of Zenit's players.
At the end of the event, Sergey Semak, Head Coach of the team, discussed football with the participants of the event and asked them who their favorite football players are.
The participants of the event were given arts & crafts sets as commemorative gifts.
Background
Gazprom Pererabotka, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazprom, is focused on transmission and processing of hydrocarbons. The company comprises five processing plants, a helium plant, and a liquid hydrocarbon transportation directorate.

Norm of Life is a program of regular assistance to people with severe disabilities and physical or mental development problems who live in care homes. The Perspektivy charity organization provides support to 140 young people with severe disabilities who live in Psychoneurological Care Home No. 3 located in the town of Petergof. The persons under the care of the organization are provided with visits to the Normal Place inclusive cluster where they can engage in their favorite activities, develop their individual abilities and gain new useful skills. This is the place for challenged people to create, work and socialize in specialized workshops and creative studios, thus living a normal life every day.
