Graduate of Ryazan Radio Engineering Institute, the Academy of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, and the Moscow Academy of Economics and Law. Holder of PhDs in Law and Economics.

Member of the Gazprom Management Committee since 2012.
