Graduate of Academician Korolyov Kuibyshev Aviation Institute. Holder of PhD in Engineering.

Member of the Gazprom Management Committee since 2012.

In charge of production operations, including hydrocarbon exploration and production, gas transportation and underground storage, hydrocarbon processing, sales of hydrocarbons and their derivatives in the domestic market, power sector, and interaction with governmental authorities.
