The Power of Attorney was certified on October 4, 2018 under registration number 86/61-н/86-2018-4-592 by Lyubov Smyslova, Notary for the Sovetsky Notarial District and Yugorsk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra, Tyumen Region, and issued to A. Konyaev, Head of the Sosvinsky Gas Pipeline Operation Center affiliated with Gazprom Transgaz Yugorsk, as a transfer of title based on the Power of Attorney No. 01/04/04–650д issued by Gazprom on September 17, 2018.

The Application for the Power of Attorney Revocation was registered by Irina Sevastyanova, Notary for the Sovetsky Notarial District and Yugorsk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra, Tyumen Region, on October 20, 2022 under registration number 86/97-н/86-2022-8-96.

Ivanov, Chief Engineer of Chernomyrdin Condensate Stabilization Plant affiliated with Gazprom Pererabotka, as a transfer of title based on the Power of Attorney No. 01/04/04–544д issued by Gazprom on September 23, 2019.

The Application for the Power of Attorney Revocation was registered by Lyudmila Ivanova, Notary for the St. Petersburg Notarial District, on October 13, 2022 under registration number 78/106-н/78-2022-4-1046.

The Power of Attorney was issued to S. Ivanov, Chief Engineer of Chernomyrdin Condensate Stabilization Plant affiliated with Gazprom Pererabotka, as a transfer of title based on the Power of Attorney No. 01/04/04–320д issued by Gazprom on May 31, 2021. The Power of Attorney was terminated only with respect to the above person.
