Boris Grigorievich Fyodorov
Boris G. Fyodorov was born on February 13, 1958, in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow Financial Institute, where he obtained his degree in international economic relations, in 1980.
In 1985 he obtained his Ph. D. at M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, and his Doctorate degree at the USA and Canada Institute, USSR Academy of Sciences.
Boris Fyodorov was senior researcher at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations, USSR Academy of Sciences, from 1987 to 1989.
Mr. Fyodorov served as consultant, CPSU Central Committee.
From 1990 to 1991 Boris Fyodorov served as Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.
Boris Fyodorov was Department Head, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, London, in 1991 – 1992.
In 1992 Mr. Fyodorov was Executive Director representing the Russian Federation, Board of Directors, World Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Washington, D. C., U.S.A.
Boris Fyodorov was Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, the Government of the Russian Federation from 1992 to 1994.
Mr. Fyodorov was a Deputy, State Duma, in 1994 – 1998. He was Head, State Tax Service of the Government of the Russian Federation, from May to September 1998.
Boris Fyodorov has been President of the All-Russia Public and Political Movement “Russia, Ahead!” since 1998.
In 2000 – 2008 Boris Fyodorov was a Member of Gazprom's Board of Directors.
On November 20, 2008 Gazprom Board of Directors Member Boris Fyodorov suddenly passed away.
