Esteemed Mr. Miller!

On behalf of the Kurgan Region Government and my own behalf I heartily congratulate you and the Company’s employees on the 20^th anniversary of Gazprom. Today Gazprom Group is the leader among global petroleum companies. The Company’s largest socially oriented project is the gasification program for the Russian Federation constituents. Owing to its implementation, the blue fuel supplies to the Kurgan Region consumers increased to 37 per cent by the end of 2012. There was no such a pace even in the Soviet era. Thank you for your earnest and dedicated efforts to bring not only heat and light to every house, but a part of your soul as well. On this festive day I wish new victories, stability and prosperity to the Company and robust health, happiness and well-being to its employees. I hope for further strengthening and expansion of the mutually beneficial business cooperation in the Kurgan Region gasification process. I would like to thank you, Mr. Miller, for the invitation to the gala night, but unfortunately I won’t be able to attend it due to the visit of the Plenipotentiary Envoy of Russian President to the Urals Federal District to the Kurgan Region on February 21 of the current year.
