The contact centers of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Makhachkala have reopened their doors to visitors who want to make payments for consumed gas at the cashier desks of the company’s territorial subdivisions. All the necessary sanitary and preventive measures to combat the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) are observed during the visits from the company’s clients. All employees of the contact centers have their body temperature measured daily, and are provided with personal protective equipment: sanitizer products, face masks, and gloves. Regular disinfection is performed at the company’s offices, and special marking is provided to maintain social distancing in the office spaces where the clients receive the services.
The company’s clients are also required to use respiratory protection and gloves when visiting the offices of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Makhachkala contact centers.
Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Makhachkala reminds its customers that gas payments and submissions of gas meter readings can be made using remote services, such as Personal Account on the company’s official website or the My Gas smartphone application.
The company’s clients can also make payments through the online services of Sberbank: payment by bank card or in cash via self-service machines, as well as payment via the Sberbank Online service on the official website of the bank or the Sberbank Online mobile applications.
