Gazprom – a leader in the global energy market – provides reliable hydrocarbon supplies to Russian consumers and strictly complies with its obligations under export contracts. The Company’s products and services always meet stringent quality standards, legal requirements, and client needs.
These successes can largely be attributed to Gazprom’s quality management system, which helps the Company make the most efficient managerial decisions, ensure quality control at every stage of production and service delivery, and improve business processes. The best quality management practices, as stipulated in the Company’s standards, are also adopted by the suppliers of core process equipment for Gazprom’s needs.
The primary responsibility for the end results lies with the Company’s employees. In order to better motivate them and maximize productivity, Gazprom uses an integrated approach by assessing competencies of workers, facilitating professional development, and stimulating creativity.
Gazprom declared 2018 the Year of Quality. The Company plans to organize hundreds of events, including a marketplace of innovative ideas and master classes for young professionals, as well as professional excellence contests, thematic conferences, and seminars. In the course of the events, employees of Gazprom will be joined by their colleagues from contracting entities and a number of regional administrations.
