Viktor Zubkov was born in 1941 in Arbat, Kushvinsky District, Sverdlovsk Region.
Education
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Leningrad Agricultural Institute.
Doctor of Economics.
Professional experience
Viktor Zubkov headed a number of agro-industrial enterprises and specialized divisions in the governing bodies of the Leningrad Region.
