Denis Manturov

Denis Manturov was born in 1969 in Murmansk.
Education
In 1994, Denis Manturov graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) with a degree in Sociology. In 1997, he completed postgraduate studies at MSU. In 2002, he completed a doctoral program at Moscow Aviation Institute. In 2006, he graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration with a degree in Law. He has a PhD in Economics.
