September highlights

The Board of Directors approved the adjusted Investment Program, Budget and Cost Reduction Program for 2011.

The Company started injecting gas into the first string of the Nord Stream gas pipeline.

The Sakhalin – Khabarovsk – Vladivostok GTS first startup complex was commissioned.

The Company signed:

  • the Shareholder Agreement for the offshore section of the South Stream project with Eni, BASF и EDF;
  • the Memorandum of Understanding between Gazprom and North Korea's Ministry of Oil Industry;
  • the Roadmap on the project for natural gas supplies from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Korea between Gazprom and Kogas;
  • the Agreement on Gas Purchase between Gazprom and SeverEnergia;
  • the Program to boost demand for innovative products in the gas industry between Gazprom and RUSNANO;
  • the Sci-Tech Cooperation Program until 2015 between Gazprom and the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Government.

Gazprom's delegations took part in the International Investment Forum “Sochi – 2011”; the 10th International Conference for Oil and Gas Resources Development of the Russian Arctic and CIS Continental Shelf “RAO/CIS Offshore 2011”; the 15th International Conference “Sakhalin Oil and Gas 2011”.

The 4th Summer Children's Spartakiada Games of Gazprom took place.
