The Board of Directors resolved to convene the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on June 30, 2011.
The fundraising deal totaling EUR 1.1 billion was financially closed for the Yuzhno-Russkoye oil, gas and condensate field.
The Dzhubga – Lazarevskoye – Sochi gas pipeline offshore and onshore sections were tied together.
Construction of the Haidach UGS facility, the largest in Austria and the second-largest in Central Europe, was completed.
The following documents were signed:
- the Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in the telecommunications sector between Gaztelecom and Comita;
- the Memorandum of Understanding on the gasification development and on the oil and gas processing facility creation on the Sakhalin Island between Gazprom and the Sakhalin Oblast;
- the final investment decision on the Katharina UGS facility construction in Germany between Gazprom and Verbundnetz Gas;
- the detailed action plan to implement the South Stream project in Serbia between Gazprom and the state-owned Srbijagas.
