June highlights
Gazprom held the annual and extraordinary General Shareholders Meetings. The extraordinary Meeting elected the new Board of Directors. Viktor Zubkov was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Management Committee approved:
- the Gazprom Innovative Development Program until 2020;
- the Gas Industry Mineral Resource Base Development Program until 2035.
Gazprom commissioned the following facilities:
- Dzhubga – Lazarevskoye – Sochi gas pipeline;
- state-of-the-art power unit at CHPP-26 in Moscow;
- ejector unit at the Bernburg UGS facility in Germany.
Gazprom Global LNG and Sovcomflot signed a long-term lease agreement for ice class LNG carriers.
Gazprom's delegations took part in the 14th Annual General Meeting of the European Business Congress and the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Burckhard Bergmann was appointed as International Affairs Advisor to the Gazprom Management Committee Chairman.
