October highlights
The Kasimovskoye UGS – Voskresensk CS gas trunkline and comprehensive gas treatment unit No.22 were commissioned for the Achimov deposits development in the Urengoy oil, gas and condensate field.
Gazprom signed the Agreement of Cooperation in 2010–2015 with the Murmansk Oblast Government, contracts with DONG Energy for the supply of additional Russian gas volumes to Denmark through the Nord Stream pipeline and with State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic for natural gas purchase and sale, the Framework Agreement on major terms and conditions for natural gas supply from Russia to China, the Protocol on the Serbian section of the South Stream project and the Agreement on setting up a joint venture for the Banatski Dvor UGS facility with Srbijagas, the Agreement of Cooperation in personnel training with GDF SUEZ, the Certificate on the asset swap deal closing as part of the Yuzhno-Russkoye oil and gas field development project with E.ON Ruhrgas AG. Gazprom and PGNiG settled the cooperation issues in the gas sector.
Gazprom’s delegations took part in the 24th World Gas Conference, the 13th “Sakhalin Oil and Gas 2009” International Conference, the Murmansk International Economic Forum “Arctic Region of the 21st Century – Development Strategies”, and the International Forum “Week of Efficient Gas Utilization and Distribution”.
