Gazprom reported its consolidated interim condensed financial results under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the first half of 2009.

The Board of Directors accepted the Investment Program, Budget and Cost Optimization (Reduction) Program for 2010 and considered the outlook for the 2011–2012 key financial documents.
