Gazprom held the annual General Shareholders Meeting.
Bovanenkovo field commissioning was rescheduled from Q3 2011 to Q3 2012.
Gazprom signed agreements with Azerbaijani SOCAR, Korean Kogas, German E.ON Ruhrgas AG and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, as well as a Memorandum of Understanding with Norwegian StatoilHydro.
The Company's delegations took part in the 12th annual General Meeting of the European Business Congress, 13th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and 7th Russian Petroleum Congress.
