Today, Alexey Miller, Gazprom’s Management Committee Chairman, designated Anatoly Stepanovich Sizonenko and Victor Stepanovich Lebedinsky as Mosregiongaz and Volgogradtransgaz’s director generals, respectively.
Anatoly Sizonenko was born in 1950. In 1972 A. Sizonenko graduated from the Volgograd Oil and Gas Technical Institute, specializing in “Gas transportation and storage” and in 1977 he graduated from the Moscow Gas and Petrochemical Institute, specializing in “Design and operation of oil and gas pipelines, gas and oil storage facilities. A. Sizonenko, a Ph.D., has state and gas industry rewards.”
A. Sizonenko has dedicated his entire career to gas business. In 1988–1990, he held position of chief engineer with the Volgograd Gas Mains Management Department at the USSR Mingazprom’s Yugtransgaz Production Association. In 1990, A. Sizonenko was appointed head of the same Department. In 1991–2004, A. Sizonenko was director general of Volgogradtransgaz, a Gazprom’s subsidiary.
Victor Lebedinsky was born in 1949. In 1972 V. Lebedinsky graduated from the Volgograd Oil and Gas Technical Institute, and shortly afterwards, from the All-Russian Financial and Economic Institute, specializing in “Management”. V. Lebedinsky has been working in the gas industry since 1972. He became Volgogradtransgaz’s employee in 1985. Since 1997 V. Lebedinsky has been holding positions of Volgogradtransgaz’s first deputy director general and chief engineer.
