Sergey Kupriyanov was born in 1974 in the town of Vyazma, Smolensk Oblast.

Education

Sergey Kupriyanov graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology majoring in Economic Process Simulation on the platform of the System Analysis Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
