Nikolai Dubik
Member of the Management Committee, Head of Legal Department

Nikolai Dubik was born on May 18, 1971, in the town of Orekhovo-Zuyevo, Moscow Oblast.
In 1993 he graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University majoring in Law.
In 2009 he earned an MBA degree from the Academy of National Economy under the Russian Federation Government.
Over 1992 to 1997 Nikolai Dubik worked for the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as senior assistant and chief adviser (chief assistant) to a judge of the Constitutional Court.
Nikolai Dubik has been with Gazprom since 1997.
In 1997–2000 – Deputy Head of the Legal Affairs Division, RAO Gazprom, in 2000–2002 – the same position in the Legal Department, OAO Gazprom.
In 2002–2003 he was Head of the Directorate of Legal Support for International Business.
Between 2003 and 2008 – Deputy Head of the Legal Department.
In 2008 he was appointed as First Deputy Head and subsequently as Head of Gazprom's Legal Department.
In June 2008, Nikolai Dubik was elected as Member of Gazprom's Management Committee.
Nikolai Dubik is Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation.
