Nikolai Dubik was born on May 18, 1971 in the town of Orekhovo-Zuyevo, Moscow Oblast.

Nikolai Dubik graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University majoring in Law and earned his MBA degree from the Academy of National Economy under the Russian Federation Government.
