The annual General Shareholders Meeting of Gazprom has resolved to approve the Board of Directors-proposed amendments in the Gazprom Charter.

The amendments in the Gazprom Charter stem from the changes and updates made in the Federal Law on Joint-Stock Companies.
Particularly, item 12.1, Article XII of the Gazprom Charter will be amended to read as follows: “The Company has a right to pay out dividends based on the first quarter, half year, nine months results in the course of a financial year and (or) based on the results of a financial year”.
