Pavlova Olga Petrovna was born on August 17, 1953, in the city of Vladivostok.
In 1976, Pavlova received higher education on graduating from the Far East State University.
In 1976-1980, postgraduate with the AA Zhdanov Leningrad State University (former Leningrad, nowadays, Saint-Petersburg).
In 1981-1984, lecturer with the MV Frunze Leningrad Polytechnic Institute.
In 1984-1987, senior lecturer with Labor Organization and Regulation Department at the P Tolyatti Leningrad Engineering and Economic Institute
In 1987-1991, assistant professor with Civil Law Department at the AA Zhdanov Leningrad State University.
In 1991-1994, Chairman of the Claim Settlement Committee at St. Petersburg’s Mayor’s Office.
In 1994-1996, First Deputy Chairman of Municipal Property Management Committee at St. Petersburg’s Mayor’s Office.
1996-1997, head and professor of Business Law Department at the St. Petersburg Humanitarian Trade Union University.
In 1997-2002, assistant professor with Civil Law Department at the St. Petersburg State University.
In 2002-2003, Deputy Head of Presidential Economic Department of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.
Since 2003, Head of Gazprom’s Department of Property Management and Corporate Relations (Moscow).
Since 2004, Management Committee member of the Gazprom Open Joint-Stock Company.
