Vlada V. Rusakova was born in 1953, in Moscow. She graduated from I. M. Gubkin Moscow Petroleum and Gas Industry Institute in 1977, and obtained her engineering degree in design, planning and operation of oil and gas pipelines, gas storage facilities and oil tank farms. Ms. Vlada V. Rusakova completed the post-graduate program at I. M. Gubkin Moscow Petroleum and Gas Industry Institute.
Ms. Vlada V. Rusakova has been involved in the gas industry since 1978. She was Head, Foreign Project Development Division, Corporate Development Department, Gazprom, from 1995 to 1997.
From 1997 to 1998 Ms. Vlada V. Rusakova was Deputy Head, Corporate Development Department, Head, Foreign Project Development Division, Perspective Development Administration, Gazprom.
Ms. Vlada V. Rusakova was Head, Corporate Development Department, Corporate Development, Science and Ecology Administration, Gazprom.
On June 23, 2003, Ms. Vlada V. Rusakova was appointed Head, Corporate Development, Science and Ecology Administration, Gazprom.
