Mr. Igor Fyodorov was born in the city of Leningrad on April 4, 1965.
After graduating the Leningrad State University Faculty of Law Mr. Fyodorov was Senior Legal Advisor at Lengoroblispolkom General Trade Department.
From 1989 to 2002 worked at the Saint-Petersburg City College of Lawyers.
In 2002 Mr. Fyodorov was Head of the Federal Agency for Legal Protection of Military, Special & Dual-Use Intellectual Property at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
In 2005 graduated from the Saint-Petersburg State Service and Economy Academy, getting specialty in Enterprise Economics and Management.
From 2005 to 2006 Mr. Fyodorov studied at the Saint-Petersburg International Management University, getting Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA).
Since 2003 Mr. Fyodorov works in OOO Gazkomplektimpex.
Since 2006 Mr. Fyodorov is Director General of Gazkomplektimpex.
Since January 2007 Mr. Fyodorov is a Member of the Gazprom Management Committee, Director General of OOO Gazkomplektimpex.
